About these terms
By using this website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. “Praxis Tech”, “Praxis”, “we” and “us” refer to the operator of this website.
The Privacy Policy separately explains how personal information and browser storage are handled.
Website content and intellectual property
The website describes our current services, approach and selected work. It is general information, not legal, financial or investment advice, and it is not a promise that a particular strategy will produce a particular result.
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s original text, design, branding and code are owned by or licensed to Praxis Tech. You may view and share links to public pages for ordinary personal or business reference. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape at scale or create misleading derivative materials from our content without permission.
Roblox names, platform features and third-party game artwork remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement by Roblox Corporation.
Enquiries and service relationships
Sending an email or Discord message does not create a client, partnership, employment, agency or acquisition relationship. We may decline an enquiry and cannot promise a response or availability.
A commercial relationship begins only when the relevant parties agree its scope and terms in writing. If a signed proposal, statement of work or other agreement conflicts with these website terms, that separate agreement controls the service relationship.
Portfolio, case studies and live metrics
Roblox portfolio metrics are sourced from Roblox or cached from recent public data. Player counts, visits, group membership and experience details change over time and may be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. Hidden experiences can still contribute to aggregate historical figures.
Charts and before-and-after examples illustrate specific operating windows or projects. They are contextual examples, not forecasts or guarantees of future performance. Outcomes depend on the game, market, starting position, execution and many other factors.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security, introduce malicious code, probe systems without permission, overload infrastructure, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or misleading material, or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Automated access must be reasonable, respect technical controls and not degrade the service. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the website or others.
Third-party links and services
The website links to Roblox, Discord and other third-party services. We do not control their availability, security, content or privacy practices. Opening those links is your choice and their own terms apply.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may be changed, suspended or withdrawn without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or that all content will always be current.
Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, Praxis Tech is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this public website or linked third-party content. Any liability connected with paid services is addressed in the agreement for those services.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the website changes. The revision date appears at the top. Questions can be sent to hello@praxistech.uk.
